Data fiduciary
Candidates: the hiring organisation that invited you is the data fiduciary for your interview data. Its name is shown on your invitation and consent screen. quikinterview.ai processes the data as its data processor.
Recruiter accounts: QuikSync Technologies LLP (operating quikinterview.ai), G.N. 905/906/926/1085, Flat No. C 602, Konark Orchid, Kesnand Road, Wagholi, Pune, Maharashtra 412207, India, is the data fiduciary.
Personal data and purposes
- Identity and contact details: to invite you, verify your email or phone and send updates about your interview.
- Video, audio, screen, transcript and code: to conduct and record the interview and to evaluate your answers for the role.
- Integrity signals and identity images: to make sure the interview is taken by you without unfair help.
- Device and network checks: to make sure the interview works on your device.
Consent and withdrawal
We ask for your consent on the consent screen before any camera, microphone or screen capture starts, and record the version you accepted. You can withdraw consent at any time by closing the interview or by writing to the hiring organisation; withdrawal stops further processing but does not affect processing already done. Consequences: the interview cannot continue without the required capture.
Your rights
- Access a summary of your personal data and the processing done.
- Correction, completion, updating and erasure of your personal data.
- Grievance redressal by the data fiduciary.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
How to exercise them
Use the link in your post-interview email, or contact the hiring organisation. Erasure requests are carried out within 7 days unless the organisation has a legal reason to keep the data (for example a legal hold). You can also write to us and we will route the request to the right organisation.
Grievance Officer: Rohan Arnalkar, [email protected]. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within the period set by the DPDP Rules.
Consent managers
Once consent managers registered with the Data Protection Board of India are available, you may also give, review and withdraw consent through them.
Complaints to the Data Protection Board
If you are not satisfied with the response to your grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India after exhausting the grievance process.
Children
The service is meant for adults applying for jobs. Hiring organisations must not invite anyone under 18 without verifiable parental consent.
